PROPOSED ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 94 - UTILITIES

The City of Oglethorpe Mayor and Council propose to amend the existing Utilities Chapter 94 of the code of ordinances to establish a uniform utility connection fee schedule: Chapter 94 currently governs the administration of water and sewer services. These amendments supplement Chapter 94 and shall be read together with the City's existing provisions governing utility applications, billing, deposits, disconnections, customer responsibilities, and utility administration. Please come by City Hall at 115 Chatham Street for a copy of proposed fees. (Water Tap, Sewer Tap, Residential and Commercial Connections Fees)
